The production can be distinguished in several activities :
1. Pulling
Textile waste, such as clothing, carpet cuttings, yarns and selvedges, will be cut and pulled through separate large toothed cylinders, into fibers.
During production we will see to it that :
a. non-textile parts, such as metal, zippers and buttons, will be removed
b. dust will be reduced to a minimum
c. non pulled parts will be out

2. Sorting/Press
Here several productions of textile waste can be sorted out and pressed in bales such as :
a. Sorting rags on size or per color
b. Mixing of different kinds of fibers
c. Pressing of loose material
d. Shreddering textile waste into pieces
e. Cutting of clothes which may not be used again, such as uniforms, provided with a declaration of destruction
3. Trading
Here textile raw materials are involved which go without further production to our customers. Here you can think of :
a. Polyester fibers and selvedges
b. Cotton rags
c. Cotton yarns
4. Other
We also offer the possibility of pulling, pressing etc. of your textile waste on our machines.
