Quality Statement

To Formulate and maintain a constant, on-going control of the high quality of all our products and systems within the company.

Methods:

A) Sampling
Sample room / Laboratory

The sample room has been in existence for many years where all our types of samples of regular and non-regular styles are kept for years. With the existence of the regular types systematically filed. All the types systematically filed. All the purchasing of fibres and by-producs is made with close comparision to the original types: on receipt of goods into the warehouse, stringent comparison and testing, using the standard types, are made and, in case of rejection, offending or downgrading, the material is placed into an area in the warehouse set aside for the goods to be either, returned or reassessed to a comparative specification. During the process, samples are taken out at specific intervals to be compared with the type of sample and with the quality specifications, mutually agreed with the customer.

B) Testing

Facilities are constantly utilised and are calibrated at regular intervals to maintain the highest standards of quality:
i.e. fibre length, micronaire strength, trash content and pollution.

C) Quality assurance

Before consigment to the customer, all products are tested again to ensure a total quality assurance.

D) Records

All sampling and testing results are recorded in relevant manuals and samples are kept for years.

Aims and activities

Braking;
The term 'breaking up' entails the reclaimed fabrics, fibres or yarns, being returned to a viable textile fibre by the means of a specifically designed carding line preceeded by a guillotine cutting process adjusted to the particular requirements of each quality to be manufactured.

Sorting;
Entails the manual seperation under, in certain cases, mercury vapour lightning to identify fluorescent materials

Also to enable guarantees of quality into a diversified list of different products.
