The versatility of the production process gives us the unique possibility of meeting the requirements and the specifications of our customers effeciently and spedily. The construction specifications of our products can be related to the production immediately under the following headings:

The possibility to produce a bi-component exists,containing a hard underlayer and a softer 'user friendly' toplayer consisting of an alternative fibre.

Activity

Frankenhuis Fleece is engaged in producing a catalogue of tailor-made nonwoven and needle punch products for use in the following industries:

Stabilised fillings for seating and bedding applications
Toplayers, armrests and pressure dividers
F.R. barrier fabrics in compliance with BS 7176 BS 5852 (UK)
Carpet underlays
Architectural applications, i.e. wall insulations
Fillings and wadding for the automotive and transport industry

General Statement

The raw materials used in the manufacture of our products consists of natural as well as synthetic fibres.

Within the production process, use is made of a thermoplastic cement (or binder) which contains a flame retardent property. The product remains completely recyclable.
